the dress looks really flat. Maybe correct it and make it a little  more poofy and flowy (you know what I mean?)
Also same with the shirt/coat or something lel
I recommend looking up references of what you want to draw (for example: Fluffy dress or socks). That should help. Also look at references for the character! (Lel  Umaru-chan's rival)
